The resort has the water park (which you have to pay an admission fee for), various pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, mini golf, arcade, fishing, and so much more! They also have 2 subways on property as well as a pizza place.

The town is small, so the nearest grocery store is a few minutes down the road. Any other thing you might want to do is about a 30 minute drive onto Tyler, TX. Overall a great place to stay.

The nicest villa I have been to yet. Great a.c., clean, everything works. The scenery is amazing. The back porch is ideal for small children. My favorite part. The putt-putt golf was exciting. The pools are fantastic for all ages. This is not just a getaway it's a full blown vacation.

We made it out on a free marketing stay upon attending a meeting. Since we went out while evacuating Hurricane Harvey, I asked to have our stay extended, which they did quickly. After Harvey hitting my hometown so hard, we were stranded out. I again contacted the resort and asked for another extension, Sarah, was great! She was able to help us and we stayed out for a week! They extended our stay from a Thursday to the next Saturday. They waived the bonus time fee after hearing our situation and constantly reassured us that our safety was first! I had never been so proud to be an owner as I was then! Thank you guys for coming through in my time of need!

This resort is in trouble. After declining the first 4 rooms they offered us, 2 because of mold in the Lakeside area of the resort and 2 in the Lodge area of the resort, we left and stayed at a HI Express in Palestine. The next day we got a call inviting us back with a room in the Presidents Harbor and we thought we would give them a second chance. We had to cover the furniture with sheets to even be able to sit on it. Dead bugs everywhere. Inside, outside, in the BBQ grills. The sprinkler timers are set to run at 5pm so bring a bathing suit if you plan on BBQing dinner. All the problems or issues were met with a lack of concern except by Leslie at the front desk who was trying her best with limited resources. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

We made it in a little past midnight, so the security officer checked us in. We got to the cabin, only to find it dirty. There was trash, empty beer cans, undone beds, dirty linens, wet towels on the beds, undone beds, and the worst part is that both tvs were on full blast on a horror movie.. you can imagine how freaky this whole scenario was. We immediately notified security and he gave us a new clean room. The room was really nice and big. It comfortably accommodated 8 people. It had a master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom with a jacuzzi and separate shower. The other room had a queen size bed and the bathroom was in the hall. There was also 2 sofas with pullout queen sized beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked with every instrument we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinners.

Very pleasant stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Large fishing Lake on sight with a marina. Lots of activities. Good restaurants near by. Lots of amenities.

Kids enjoyed the water park. Had to switch rooms because we experienced the bait and switch. Online photos were different than what we reserved. Enjoyed the fishing, newwr adjacent property.
