I ordered Mother's Day flowers over the phone, one year, as I do not live in Tyler. I spoke to the owner, who could not have been kinder or more helpful! I left the details to her, and was delighted when my grandmother received one of the most gorgeous arrangements I'd ever seen! The price was very reasonable, & even though I did not call until the DAY before, they were happy to fill my order and deliver it on time!
She is very rude and will get smart with you quick. Maybe it depends on the color of your skin??? Sad...
Today, that grandmother was buried & we used Evoynne's for the funeral because my mother was so pleased with the job they did on her sister's funeral, in December. My sister spoke to the owner over the phone & said that she was very kind and helpful. Again, we let her choose how to do the arrangement & it was honestly the most beautiful casket spray I've EVER seen. It was also quite inexpensive and, once again, they took the order the DAY before the funeral!
After reading the other comments about Evoynne's, I felt compelled to write this review. The shop has had a 100% success rate in my family's three separate experiences with them. I don't know why there are some who have similar stories to mine, while others have very similar stories of negative experiences. The strangest thing is that they all seem to be talking about the owner. Perhaps she just has good and bad days. It would probably behoove her to read these reviews.
To sum up, for those who have never used Evoynne's, I would suggest at least giving her a try. And afterward, leave a review!
Needed a bouquet fast so wanted to give the local florist a try. Walked in and was asked in a very condescending tone, can I help you? I asked if she had any extra flowers for a simple bouquet since the bride had forgotten hers. She wasn't pleasant and acted confused like she couldn't understand the question. I again explained I needed a simple bouquet and she went to grab a FAKE PLASTIC ONE and wanted $75!! I stated no fresh flowers please of whatever you have. She said no it would take me hours to design one....well I went to the grocery store down the road, Fresh by Brookshires and made one myself in 15 mins. I had a credit card in had and was ready to pay but you lost on a sale and future ones too. I've worked with all florists in the area since I've done over 500 weddings and by far the worst customer service ever!
My family has been pleased with Evoynne's all three times that we have used them.
These folks have been my florist for several years now. I had used a florist that had been in Tyler for years and I was always happy, but a friend recommended these folks and I tried them. THEY ARE FABULOUS!!! i Will NEVER order flower from anywhere else. The arrangements for my wife have ALWAYS been amazing. The arrangement and color palette have always been simply breath-taking.
I stopped by to pick up an arrangement for my wife. The owner lacked in customer service in every way possible. She was short to speak as if it pained her to help anyone. She expressed no interest in offering any suggestions her only responses were we have a few, that's all I got, and sign here. Had the flowers not been for my wife I would have just left the bouquet at the register and walked out.
