We love their fajitas and FREE margaritas. We never have to wait and the wait staff is always attentive.
The food is decent. Margaritas are good. Service is quite honestly hit or miss. It's get crowded very quickly and that could be overwhelming for some. It's also really loud in there.
This is our favorite Tex-Mex place in the Tyler area. We love the option to get grilled veggies and cilantro rice for sides. Friendly, local owners.
We weren't really in the mood for Mexican food when we rolled into Tyler, TX fairly late last Friday evening, but the lady at the hotel seemed sold on Gus' so we decided to give it a try. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was pretty darn good too.
Couple times I have been there the food is always been well done. The outdoor seating area is nice as well. Free margaritas are also a bonus.
