Great little convenient park South of Tyler. Very clean and hospitable. Manager on site very helpful and kind. They do not appear to tolerate any sort of troublemakers and our 2 month stay was fantastic. Great rates, we stayed under covered parking, but it was first come, first serve basis. Family, adult atmosphere. They had a nice laundrymat, propane and small store with good stock of supplies. Paved roads, quiet setting, off the beaten path. One of the best we've stayed.
